Phase 3 – Interview and Assessment
  • Interview candidates (external as well as internal) to assess against confirmed criterias.

  • Conduct informal referencing trough sources and executive network
  • Prepare candidate reports and appraisals to form the shortlist presented to the client.
  • Schedule interviews between client and candidates and consult both parties trough the process.
