At People Integrated, we collect personal data to provide our services effectively. The data we gather and process typically includes basic information such as your name, address, title, and email. This data is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, with the legal basis being GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
  • Candidates:
To identify the best match for both you and our clients, we collect and process personal data, including your name, email, title, and details from your CV, LinkedIn profile, or similar professional social media. In some cases, we may also process financial information when conducting financial background checks. Our legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Additionally, we may process personal data obtained from personality tests provided by third parties. This processing is based on your consent, as outlined in GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
  • Others:
If you are listed as a referee for a client or candidate, we may process limited personal data about you to contact you as part of our quality assurance procedures. Our legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
  • Webpage:
For details on how we use cookies and manage data collected through them, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
  • Legitimate Interest:
As noted, we often process personal data based on legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Our goal is to ensure an optimal match between candidates and clients, which we believe also aligns with your interests as a data subject, enabling us to deliver tailored and efficient services.

2. How do we collect your data?

We collect your personal data through two primary methods:

  • Directly from you

We retain your information for the current calendar year plus an additional five years to fulfill our contractual obligations and adhere to storage requirements under tax and commercial law.
  • Candidates:
We store your resume and any related information for a specific position for up to six months after the completion of the recruitment process. Your name, title, and email are retained for up to two years after your data is processed to meet any contractual obligations we may have with you and/or our clients.
  • Others:
If you have been listed as a referee, we will keep your data for up to six months following the conclusion of the search for the relevant position.
